Because all our artworks are produced and assembled on demand, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions: Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address] and include photos of the damage or print defect. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds are not provided unless a replacement is not possible.
